Everything is sold out? How can I purchase your pieces?

We are a small shop and our items are always made in very limited batches. Our releases often sell out within the first few minutes so if you have had your eye on something be sure your are subscribed to our newsletter as that is the best way to ensure you do not miss out on release dates and times. It is best to hop on our website exactly at the release time and cart the item you want most as items are not held in carts for long and you will want to checkout quickly to ensure you get the piece. We recommend creating an account with us before the release so all of your info is already saved, this will allow you to breeze through the checkout faster.

When will my order ship?

Pre-order items will have an estimated ship time stated in the listing. If your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items you can expect to receive multiple packages as in-stock items will ship sooner.

When will I receive my order once it ships?
-
All US orders are sent via USPS first class mail and on average take 3-5 days once shipped. Larger orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail for US orders and take about 1-3 days once shipped. International orders are shipped via USPS International mail and generally take 2 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the country.

I need my order right away, can you RUSH it?

Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders, please contact us via email to confirm availability. RUSH pricing is in addition to your order and per-piece. RUSH pricing includes upgrade to priority shipping. Rush pricing will be billed via paypal invoice or a private listing on our site.
RUSH next day production - $100 (item ships within 24 hours of order being placed)
RUSH 3 day production - $50 (item ships within 72 hours of  order being placed)
RUSH one week production - $30 (item ships within 7 days of order being placed)
Upgrade to Priority Shipping (US only) - $3 (does not apply to production time but will decrease shipping time)

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Due to the limited run of each style, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. Please check your size and style selections before finalizing your order.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

U.S. EXCHANGES ON IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY - PRE-ORDE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: If you ordered the wrong size or your item does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges will be issued in the form of a shop credit (coupon code) to be used on a future purchase. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of order to qualify for an exchange, after 7 days past delivery date ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanged items. We recommend shipping your exchange items with insurance and tracking as we do not take responsibility for lost packages. Credit will not be issued until all exchanged items are received and inspected by Nori Brand Inc. Credit will expire 90 days after issued. We do not guarantee inventory of any items and items cannot be reserved. Nori Brand Inc reserves the right to decline any exchange for any reason. Sale items and purchases made with a coupon code cannot be exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.


MADE TO ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
If you item is made to order and requires you to leave the size in the notes upon checkout, please be sure to do so. We do our best to make this as clear as possible in listings and cannot start production on orders until we have your size choice. If size is missing we will email 2 times (to the email provided on order) requesting your size. If we do not hear back within 72 hours of request we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in the form of store credit.

We are not responsible for lost items once they ship. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment, if there is a problem with the delivery of your item please take it up with USPS and provide them with your tracking number. We are not responsible for customs fees.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for problems caused by mis-use, washing without following care instructions, or normal wear and tear. Due to the hand embroidery on most of our clothing, most pieces require hand washing and line dry, please read and follow all care instructions on your garments tags. Do not leave children or babies unattented while wearing our products, all buttons and pieces are secured to the best of our ability but do pose a choking hazard if they come loose, be sure and check them often for security
